Turbine No 23 was the last of the 26 Wind Turbines to be constructed on Scout Moor.
Seen here in early June 2008 the crane prepares the site for the construction of the 26th and final tower.
Construction of Turbine No 23 had started a couple of weeks previous but due to a slight technical problem
found with the centre tower section, after the base section was installed, it was decided to leave it until last.
