Crossing Loch Crinan
Pointing towards Black Rock, the boat has just left the sea lock (no. 15) at Crinan. On the far shore, to the right of the boat, is Duntrune Castle. On the right, the disturbed waters show the effect of dumping a lock-full (300,000 litres) of fresh water into a sea loch.
