Glebe Cairn (foreground) is one of several ancient burial cairns (a 'linear cemetery') that dot the floor of the valley - another is just visible to the left of the valley terrace on the right. There are many more ancient sites, including standing stones, stone circles and cup and ring marked rocks, within a few miles of here.
