Signpost along Basin Road, Heybridge.
This signpost directing to Blackwater Sailing Club has been refurbished. In cast iron, it was made by the Maldon Iron Works before 1940. Basin Road leads to the sea locks of the Blackwater & Chelmer Navigation, a popular place in the summer with two waterside pubs.
