Harbro' Rocks
Harbro' Rocks
Harbro' Rocks is a limestone outcrop on a high point on the limestone plateau. The magnesian limestone is particularly soft and well weathered making it a popular spot for novice climbers. There is a carved stone chair on the ridge which has magnificent views over what is now Carsington Reservoir, unfortunately it was seriously vandalised recently. Its origin is apparently a mystery.
