taken 19 years ago, near to Abersky, Highland, Scotland

Gully, Creag nan Clag
Gully, Creag nan Clag
Creag nan Clag is a vast conglomerate crag on Dun Chia. It is split by a deep gully, easy, except for the last 10 metres.
Gullies such as this are refuges for plantlife, from sun, desiccation and grazing.
