Stagger in to the Drover's Inn
This ancient-looking pub actually dates from 1705, so at a smidge over 300 years is quite a youngster compared with some ! Though called the Drover's Inn, it has a sign opposite naming it as The Stagger Inn - hence my title.
The inside houses a remarkable collection of stuffed and mounted animals that sent my 10-year-old daughter squeakily scurrying off to avoid them. And it serves a decent pint, so definitely worth a stop in my opinion.
