It's not often you see old signposts in place. Nearby is another fading part of our culture - a telephone box (intact and functional, no less!). This spot, opposite the National Trust's Bale Oaks and Bale Church, is reminiscient of the comparatively untouched parts of rural Norfolk that still exist down winding country lanes.
