Beeches of Farthing Downs
Beeches of Farthing Downs
Originally there were seven beeches here. Over the years they were gradually reduced to just two, and known for many years as the 'Twin Beeches'. Then in the 1990s one was destroyed by fire, so the decision was made to restore them to seven.
