Angry seas at Torre Abbey Sands, with the promenade towards the Princess Theatre seen from beneath SX9163 : Footbridge over Torbay Road. One taken in November, one in July. The July weather coincided with a planned beach rave which had alarmed the local populace and prompted a debate about the bay's attitude to having fun. In the event, the weather probably did much to prevent anything happening.
