Mirystock (or Mierystock) Tunnel
Mirystock (or Mierystock) Tunnel
Northern portal of the 242yd Mirystock tunnel on the old Severn and Wye, closed in the 1960s, buried under huge amounts of spoil in the 1970s and recently re-excavated (2007?), apparently with the help of money from the National Lottery.
