NM9891 : End of Loch Arkaig

taken 14 years ago, near to Strathan, Highland, Great Britain

End of Loch Arkaig
End of Loch Arkaig
After a short alluvial plain, the rivers from Glen Pean and Dessarry meet and flow into the big Loch Arkaig. Arkaig is unusual for a loch of its size, no dam or weir so it still has beaches.
