Dedication to Sir Charles Parsons
This plaque can be seen on the wall of Goodenough College facing Guilford Street; the Charles Parsons library is one of two within the college. Sir Charles Parsons has been described as one of the greatest engineers this country has ever produced. The windows, on the other hand, look as though they could do with a lick of paint.
