WW2 pillbox on Chesil Bank overlooking the Fleet
View looks inland (north-eastwards) across the shingle ridge towards the Fleet. The swannery can be seen in the top left. The entrance and one embrasure of a type FW3/26 pillbox are also visible. The original camouflage can still be seen with the pebbles designed to blend in with the rest of Chesil Bank. An anti-tank block is in the immediate foreground.
