SO8454 : South Parade, Worcester
Worcester, Worcestershire, Great Britain

South Parade, Worcester
Seen from Worcester Bridge. The riverside building is Gascoyne House which now contains upmarket apartments; for many years, however, it was a warehouse belonging to G. Gascoyne & Co. Ltd a seed and hop merchant. The company ceased trading in 1969, although the building continued to be used as a warehouse for a few more years. Behind that is the spire of the former St Andrew's Church, known as the Glover's Needle.
