Though Rhoose Point is usually cited as the southernmost tip of mainland Wales, it is possible at low tide to stand on the southernmost exposed rocks here at Breaksea Point and find yourself further south than someone doing likewise at Rhoose.
Lighthouse Point on the island of Flat Holm in the Mouth of the Severn remains the southernmost point of Wales.
