The chancel was rebuilt in Victorian times but the nave dates from the 15th century and still has its original rood screen (seen here) consisting of eight panels depicting saints > LinkExternal link. Some of the benches have carvings depicting fantasy animals > LinkExternal link. The chancel retains a full set of C17 communion rails > LinkExternal link and the old cast iron Victorian Turtle Stove > LinkExternal link still stands by the south doorway.
