A Quiet Junction in Better Weather!
I know this the same scene as a photo already on this site SW4134 : Quiet junction but the better weather on this day allows the sea to be seen. This windswept heath is the highest point on this road north. Here you have reached the head of the valleys stretching north from Penzance and in front of you, over the near horizon, is the promise of the very different landscape of the north Penwith Coast and the sea beyond.
