Hartley Bridge, taken 9 years ago
Financed jointly by Roscommon and Leitrim County Councils and the Board of Works, Hartley Bridge was opened in 1915. It carries a minor road over the River Shannon between Carrick-on-Shannon and Cootehall. It is an early example of the use of reinforced concrete in Ireland.
