Three Boys and a Gull in a Storm at the Cobb
These brave and possibly very foolish young men were allowing the huge waves that were hitting the Cobb to crash right over them. A very easy place to get swept away. Only the photographers head was above the level of the Cobb but even then he was thoroughly soaked. The boys are approximately on the eastern gridline of the square, the end of the Cobb is in SY3491. In the background is the outline of Golden Cap the highest cliff on the South Coast.
