Anglers Under the North Circular

Anglers congregate under the bridge which carries the North Circular road (A406) over the Lee Navigation at Edmonton. They say they're there because the fish congregate there as the water is slightly warmer. Well, maybe, but it's also a relatively cosy spot on an otherwise windswept canal-side.
