Able Seaman Morgan
As you can see from the date Able Seaman R. Morgan's time ran out just hours before the end of the First World War. He cannot be buried in a more peaceful place than the grave yard of Kilgwrrwg Chapel.

Able Seaman Richard Morgan of Devauden, was the last British serviceman to die during the First World War. Morgan lost his life on the Acasta Class Destroyer HMS Garland on Armistice day, November 11th, 1918, becoming the last of over 40,000 Welshmen who lost their lives during the conflict.
