Eglwys a Mynwent Llaniestyn Church and Cemetery
Situated in open countryside a kilometre east of Llanddona, this medieval church building, restored in the 19thC, is dedicated to St Iestyn, the nephew of St Cybi. An image of a bearded, hooded, Iestyn is carved on a stone inside the church with the Latin inscription "Here lies Iestyn to whom Gwenllian ferch Madog and Gruffydd ap Gwilym offered this image for the health of their souls".
