Broadford Pier
This is the railway pier at Broadford taken on a call by PS Waverley. The railway was of 3' gauge and ran across the island to quarries, it was closed many years ago but can still be followed along most of the route. There is 3' gauge track visible in the pier top at the outer end and there was possibly once a proper wooden "head" for steamers.
