Telscombe Cliffs Way, Telscombe Cliffs
Telscombe Cliffs Way, Telscombe Cliffs
Peacehaven and Telscombe Cliff's development was very haphazard during the interwar years, utilities were often not available and many roads remained unmade up to 1961. Telscombe Cliffs Way is now one of the few roads left unmade. The concrete line on the right hand side of the road was laid down during World War Two to enable tanks and other military vehicles to manoeuvre along the road. This view looks north.
