SK7154 : The Workhouse, Southwell
near to Normanton, Nottinghamshire, Great Britain

The Workhouse, Southwell
The Workhouse in Southwell is quite an unusual National Trust property - somewhat less grand than many of the historic buildings in its care, it is nevertheless a fine piece of functional architecture and well worth a visit. An audio tour brings the place to life quite well in addition to explaining the various rooms and their purposes.
