Originally the Lakean Ballroom, named after its proprietors Edna Lake & Tommy Kean (information from John Simpson). The word "ballroom" still appears above the door. It has changed hands a few times over the years but is still a dance and music studio. The photographer had his wedding reception dance here in 2003!
