Skye Bridge, linking the Isle of Skye with mainland Scotland
The Skye Bridge over Loch Alsh was opened in 1995 and links Kyle of Lochalsh on the mainland with Kyleakin on the Isle of Skye. Although originally a toll bridge, it is now, as with all public road bridges in Scotland, toll-free.
