Steep escarpment behind the shore between Hillockhead and Eathie
The photo was taken with a very wide lens (25mm focal length equivalent on 35 mm camera) and tilted upwards. This manages to get the beach and the skyline in one picture, but manages to make the steep escarpment look quite puny. These cliffs ARE steep and effectively provide no direct access to the farmland over the horizon.
