A nice picture taken one summers evening. Taken from just outside Elland. The houses at Siddal are catching the evening sun. Below is Exley and its school playing fields. On the right on the skyline is the TV booster mast at Southowram, (pronounced South-are-um by the locals) Moving left along the skyline is the Black Dyke Mill, famous for having a pretty good works band! To the left can be seen the church tower at Queensbury.
