St. Mary's Church Grandtully
This church was endowed by Sir Alexander Stewart of Grandtully in 1533,and restored in 1636. From outside it appears to be a cottage but inside a surprise awaits, the barrel vaulted timber lined roof being painted in tempera with heraldic and biblical illustrations. No longer in use as a church it is in the care of Historic Scotland.
