A few changes since this shot was taken in 2012. The pub on the left is no longer The Lord Beeching'. It has become 'The Hoptimist' [[7299043]]. Buses no longer stop at this end of Alexandra Road after the bus station was rebuilt and enlarged at the time that the photo was taken [[2923121]]. Express Motors (based in Penygroes near Caernarfon) is no more, after 3 directors were convicted of fraud and other offences [[4814948]]. The X32 service to Bangor has now become the T2 service operated by Lloyds coaches under the TrawsCymru banner [[6189809]]. The chap at the bus stop is now 12 years older.text/html2024-03-14T15:42:57+00:00https://www.geograph.org.uk/profile/14997John Lucas52.455949 -3.911224SN7085 : Fence junction on the climb to Craig y Pistyll
