Priory Meadow Shopping Centre

Built on the site of the Priory Meadow cricket ground, the Priory Meadow Shopping centre was opened in 1997 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

It is formed by a covered mall of shops and stalls, and an open square. The main building has five distinct round towers, four along Queens Road side.

In the centre is Queen's Square, with a statue of a batsman represents the site's history.
