London Heliport (ICAO: EGLW), previously called Battersea Heliport and currently known officially as the NetJets London Heliport for sponsorship reasons, is London's only licensed heliport. The facility, which was built by W. & C. French and opened in 1959, is located in Battersea on the south bank of the River Thames, between Wandsworth Bridge and Battersea Railway Bridge.

About shared descriptions

These Shared Descriptions are common to multiple images.

For example, you can create a generic description for an object shown in a photo, and reuse the description on all photos of the object. All descriptions are public and shared between contributors, i.e. you can reuse a description created by others, just as they can use yours.
