Hang On A Minute Lads, I've Got A Great Idea :: Shared Description

An art installation on the roof of The De La Warr Pavilion recreating the end scene of the 1969 film 'The Italian Job'. The installation entitled 'Hang On A Minute Lads, I've Got A Great Idea ', after Michael Caine's famous ending line of the film, was installed for the summer of London 2012 Olympics.
The bus, a cardboard replica of a Harrington Legionnaire bus LinkExternal link rocks over the edge to simulate the movement of the literal cliff hanger from the film.
