Anyone who undertakes to prepare articles to cover the selection for years in the future should remember to update both this article and the parent article.Updating this article
To ensure that the cumulative summary can be accessed in future years, the data in the crosstable_updated worksheet should be saved in .csv format in Geograph media under a new name reflecting the year. The link to the old version of cumulative data should be replaced by a link to the new version.
If any software revisions are made in the future, the macros should be saved in .doc format and deposited in GM Geographical Media. The old link in this article to the software should be replaced by links to the new version.
Updating the parent article
Insert a link to the newly created Annual Gallery (AG).
The alltime leaderboards are generated by the ATL part of the procedure and should be saved in Geographical Media (GM). The links to the old versions of leaderboards should be replaced by links to the new .pdf versions of the alltime_leaderboard and the alltime_rate_leaderboard.
