River Teme (from the Ichryn source near Offa’s Dyke to Powick Bridge, Worcester)  Flowing along the England/Wales border,     via Leintwardine,            Bromfield,        Ludlow,          Ashford Carbonell,         Little Hereford, Burford, Stanford, Knightsford,             Bransford,       Worcester and the historic Civil War battlefield.             |

River Corve, (Tributary of the River Teme) from Bourton in Corvedale to Ludlow, Shropshire Brockton, Shipton, Hungerford Mill, Beambridge, Lawton, Great Sutton,                 Stanton Lacy and to join the River Teme at Ludlow     Burway Bridge at Ludlow was washed away in the storms in summer 2007     Tributaries of the River Corve Brockton Brook rising on Wenlock Edge and flowing through Cottage Pool    Tugford Brook rising at Five Springs on the Brown Clee and other tributaries       Pye Brook with a tributary Clee Brook rising near Clee St Margaret    |

River Stour (Tributary of the River Severn) from the source at Clent to Stourport The source is at St Kenelm’s Well high on the Clent Hills.      The river enters the southern edge of the Black Country passing through Halesowen,            Cradley, Lye and Stourbridge to emerge into the countryside at Stourton:          at Prestwood the river is joined by the Smestow Brook (rising in Wolverhampton) and runs alongside the Staffs & Worcs canal for the remainder of its course.        Downstream of the Stewponey the river flows past Kinver,             Caunsall, Cookley and Wolverley             to enter industrial Kidderminster, home of the carpet industry. behind Mill Street.               The water from the river was used in the mill processes and to take away the waste from the bleaching and colouring. The river splits into various separate channels including the Back Brook. Water was pumped from underground aquifers with the waste discharged into the river.                 South of Kidderminster the river is joined by the Hoo Brook     and continues through Wilden to Stourport         and the confluence with the River Severn  |

Wom Brook and its tributary the Penn Brook (Tributary of the Smestow Brook) The Penn Brook rises in the Colton Hills on the southern edge of Wolverhampton before crossing Penn Common    approaching Wombourne it becomes the Wom Brook      leaving by way of the ford at Giggetty and confluence with the Merryhill Brook          to join the Smestow Brook. The Wom Brook is one of the small streams that powered the early industrial revolution. Water power was used in the forges at Wombourne for nail making. The Merryhill Brook rises on the high ground at Merryhill, Wolverhampton flowing west toward Lower Penn then south passing beneath the Staffs and Worcs Canal to join the Wom Brook at Giggetty.    |

River Worfe (and its main tributaries the Wesley Brook rising in Telford and Cosford Brook rising near Albrighton) to Bridgnorth The Wesley Brook rises near St George's , Oakengates on the west side of Telford before flowing into the 'balancing' Priorslee Lake          leaving Telford it flows through Shifnal                past Evelith Mill.          The River Worfe flows through countryside to Higford      joined on the way by the Cosford Brook  and the Mad Brook   passing Stableford,Worfield        and Rindleford    to join the Severn upstream of Bridgnorth. |
