Its not often I take a walk along roads named after people I know but several of them on this new build are named after farms my father visited and the farmers who owned them. What's more, the old man (an eternal pessimist) said the ground would be too spongy. Tell that to the 1,100 plus householders! And there are still plots to be built upon......
