These mock Tudor semis are quite out of character with the Shankill in general - and are strikingly similar to the Frazer Homes "Malvern" and "Rossdale" developments at the Four Winds in South Belfast (perhaps not a coincidence).

Very different from the rest of the murals in the street, this one has the style of a 'Banksy'. Close to the peaceline with the Shankill Road, perhaps the artist is expressing a desire to break down barriers between the divided communities.
