Looking north-east towards Giant Hill or Trendle Hill as it was known.
The graveyard is the final resting place of F J Harvey Darton (1878-1936), a lover of Dorset who wrote in 1922 "The Marches of Wessex". He was better known as an authority and publisher of children's books.
