Hadrian's Wall on Cuddy's Crags
Hadrian's Wall on Cuddy's Crags
On the craggy central section of Hadrian's Wall National Trail, showing a section of the Wall in a dramatic setting on top of the Whin Sill. The climb up to Cuddy's Crags from Rapishaw Gap is so steep that the trail necessarily diverts round it to the south. In the distance can be seen Sewingshields Crags and Broomlee Lough NY7969.
