NS4279 : Stream valley

taken 15 years ago, 3 km from Bonhill, West Dunbartonshire, Scotland

Stream valley
Stream valley
[This is one of a series of images showing the landscape encountered on a journey between Murroch Burn and the ruins of Auchenreoch, including several tributaries of the burn.]

On this part of the moor, the stream valleys were becoming progressively more shallow as I journeyed from north to south; this is the eighth tributary of the Murroch Burn that I passed. Just as with some of the previous valleys encountered here, it is crossed by a rough track.
