The "Cecil Ward Building", Belfast
The "Cecil Ward Building", Belfast
At 4-10 Linenhall Street and built for Belfast City Council in the 80’s. Named after Cecil Ward – a former Town Clerk. A bright and airy building of more than average merit. It might be a distant cousin of J3372 : Department of Architecture, Queen's University Belfast (1) and is one outside the ambit of Charlie Brett’s creative descriptions. See also J3373 : The Cecil Ward atrium, Belfast (December 2013).
