Cairn and sheepfold on Howden Hill
Cairn and sheepfold on Howden Hill
This unexplained setting of large stones is possibly the remnant of another Bronze Age burial cairn whose stones were robbed in the building of the sheepfold. A deep cist made of large slabs is nearby NY8369 : Cist, Howden Hill
