A87 above Loch Loyne
A87 above Loch Loyne
The A87 used to be a single track road running from Tomdoun in Glen Garry to the Cluanie Inn at the head of Glen Moriston. When Loch Loyne was raised for hydroelectricity generation the road was severed and a new road was built over the shoulder of Meall Dubh.
