The Titan Crane - viewing platform
The viewing platform is about 150 feet above the ground; it is fenced in, for obvious reasons, but is otherwise open to the elements. The viewing platform is reached by a lift, which is also the means of returning to ground level; however, as a back-up, the steps in the foreground provide access to stairs that are housed in a separate column:

The photograph was taken two weeks after the crane first opened to visitors.
