Derelict Cottages, Batt's Wood Cottages
Derelict Cottages, Batt's Wood Cottages
Sitting at the edge of Batt's Wood, this pair of derelict cottages appear to remain as they might have been in the middle of the 20th century. By modern standards the floor area would be extremely small, with just one room to each floor, with a small outshut to the rear. It appears to have been used as a base by workers in more recent years (or decades).
