See J3374 : Berry Street, Belfast (1). Surprising that this one has survived redevelopment and that it still looks to be “as built” above ground floor level. It seems to date from the massive demolition and redevelopment of the area around Hercules Lane (late 19th century) into today’s Royal Avenue. A building, close to Royal Avenue, at the side of the Castle Court, for which there is currently (May 2015) the following application for outline planning permission: “LA04/2015/0225/O 22/24 Berry Street Belfast BT1 1jX Demolition of existing building & erection of ground floor retail unit with apartments above”.
