This postbox is outside ST8806 : Blandford Forum: the post office and has separate slots for first and second class post. It has an unusual George V stone at the bottom, with GvR cipher, dated 1935 – the standard George V cipher on red pillar boxes is GR, without the numeral.
It is emptied finally at 6pm on weekdays and at 12:15pm on Saturdays.
