The eastern end of the lawns that begin at Hove Lagoon and end at Hove Street out of shot to the right. The building on the left is, TQ2804 : Princes Marine Hotel, Kingsway, whilst that on the right is, TQ2804 : Viceroy Lodge. The semi detached houses on the left are boarded up and will probably be demolished and replaced by another block of flats which will probably be the fate of those on the right as the land the houses sit on is worth more than the value of the houses themselves.
